After finishing I tell you I felt great. I even set a new record for me!
Ive done some investigating and if your like me and want to run or at the very least stay or get in shape do the following:
- Start - .That is the biggest... just start. Start by walking. Then over a period of weeks work yourself up to jogging and add a few minutes every week. Remember to check with your doctor before starting any exercise program!
- Repeat step 1! Sound simple enough?
- Set goals... measure your goals. I started walking/running and now have shaved time off of my meager run of 2km. Next step for me is to add some length.
